Found it. Is this the TB hose y'all were talking about that curves up right near the rear of the fuel filter? If so, then no doubt about small hands...maybe remove the upper intake manifold?

This ended up being a pita, but the trick is to use a long nosed small vice grip to get the factory clamp on...
Here's a hint....... Put the factory clamp on the new factory hose FIRST, the spit inside the hose for lubrication, then push it on until it bottoms against the block. You can do it blind.

The FACTORY hose has a white mark on it to align the ears if the factory clamp before you install it.

Makes it very simple and quick!
