That is to adjust camber, not caster. Kingpin bearings only require re-positioning to correct camber. And it's only the top one that gets 'relocated'.

?? Perhaps I'm missing something but caster bearings absolutely adjust caster and are a popular solution for many. We've had great luck with them!
 
So a arb heavy lift on a 94 with 35s they say I have neg. Caster. Is that good or bad or meh?
