HI brothers and sisters ECM UNIT MAKING WEIRD NOISE WHEN ENGINE NOT RUNNING ( coincides with fitting a new amp ) any advice appreciated 😊 (91 hdr 4.2 12v)

No other symptoms . Should I be worried ? Can I drive normally ?
