I properly messed up…. forgot snd turned on whist OBDll connected to phone app… This instantly bought up the “kights of doom” on my cluster (diagnostics, check engine and traction). I can clear the codes that pop up but they come straight back.
Can anyone offer me any advice (other than I’m dumb and don’t do that!!)
Background… no issues before I did this, no lights….
Car is a 2021 GRJ78 MEDM.
I now think, post doing this and after some miles it has led to some issues, (never present before) seems to be gases from exhaust with ‘sweet’ smell, has stalled after restart when warm. seems to lack power.
So I’m thinking ECM/Canbus not talking and thus things not setting right?
Disconnecting battery does not reset.
Wondered if Techstream is needed/ will help but ainhave read various threads and still not certain on where to purchase a relaible version.
