literally:
a good friend recently connected me (and Michael) with a friend of hers, with the premise to introduce a complete novice (with a new-to-them Jeep Wrangler JL) to wheeling in Arizona
so, if you are also new to wheeling, or just want to go on some nice trails around Phoenix that are "stock-truck-friendly", keep an eye out here for announcements
we do not have a firm schedule yet, but the general idea is to run trails like Four Peaks Road, Bulldog Canyon (requires you to get a permit Tonto National Forest - Bulldog Canyon Off-Highway Vehicle Area - https://www.fs.usda.gov/recarea/tonto/recarea/?recid=35555), some playing in The Rolls or around Sycamore Creek/Sugarloaf, maybe run FR41 (requires AZ State Land permit https://asld.secure.force.com/recreationalpermit/), or just go up to Humboldt Peak for the views - and, if ambitious, even go all the way through Bloody Basin to I-17 . . .
