Hi I am restoring an early fj45 with the bug catcher vent windows. I was able to make the weatherstrips for the vent windows. However I am having trouble with the door weatherstrip This door has a narrow upper window frame so that the regular door rubber has nothing to set against at the top. Any ideas on what weatherstrip to use for this early truck?

On my ‘65 40 with those early doors I cut a strip that glues to the frame (on roof) at the top, not the door. The rest of the door gets the u-shaped piece directly glued to it. I’ll do the same on my ‘63 45 at some point soon.
