Sorry, what do you mean mounting pattern? I assume the mounting would be a bit different for these than stock 78 pedal.

The one in your wanted photo has the bolts oriented horizontal.
The ones in Matt’s photo are oriented vertical.
Yes different than a 76 pedal.

Thanks. I can really do whatever I need to mount it (drill new holes, etc.). Currently the firewall is set up for a stock 78. The pedal just needs to be able to handle a 3FE throttle cable...like this:
