Hey guys, I'm looking for a early Clamshell Heater to install in my FJ35 LV conversion. Thanks.

I’m not sure that such a thing exists. I believe all FJ25 heaters would have been dealer installed options. The first factory installed heater would have been the clamshell type that wasn’t installed until probably 1963-4ish

Thanks for the info. I had seen the clamshell type in a 25 and thought that it went back another 5 years as a factory item.

While I doubt it was factory installed #16 on count the 25s thread has a clamshell Nippon~Denso in it. Nothing hooked up to the round Defrost ports on the back or any defrost vents on the windshield.
