Early B diesel identification (1 Viewer)

I was searching for the early B signs.
I fount few details: head cover and the cap (1), diesel filter pipes (2), ventury (3).
But what is more interesting is the heater pipe (4 and arrows). I cannot find such in the catalogs. Any ideas??

By the way, the other 1974 picture shows the “normal” heater pipe
