need paint it.. a drill it..

Finlay finish my frame work.... it take me 5 months
many parts have be fabricated by myself.. not ideal for purist,... bud I believe it is strong enough for drive at many condition (not rock climbing).
I have paint with SEM 2.8 VOC Rust Shield

and Eastwood internal frame coating
I sure all bolts need to be tightener periodically.
Any one have experience how many miles bolts can handle with lock nuts?

main reasons:
1) my welding skills not so good.
2) I worries about rust over years. Bolts and metal easy re-placed without move whole body in the future.

I just keep half original plate (top with rivets) with tube and place new angle at the bottom
and weld them together (see red line).

Also I little enhance crossmember tube with new metal plates (red line indicate welding)

I did't update my build project here ..... I still working on it.. oh it is almost 3 yeas soon
So far I have invest 6K... I really lucky for some parts..
This FJ40 not for show or sale.. just for enjoy myself..
