I have a Pull Out style assy with everything that bolts to the firewall and under the dash, etc. It came out of a 1974.

Looks like the one here that fits from 1958 - 1/1979.

The 66 would have had a metal handle on the pull, not a plastic one.

I have several with the metal handle, including one that there's no room for on the shelf that I will let go for $20 plus the ride.
