Looks like a 15' or 17' monitor on a nice mount w/ a dvd player. Probably bolted onto the cupholder bolts.

The white leather w/ the remaining stone interior is just ghastly. Eastern Europeans have just the most ghetto taste.

I'm authorized to say that, FYI, my wife is Russian and I get dragged to a LOT of Russian parties.
