What should I do?
I think it was caused by the OME uca rubbing against the dudt shield at full DROOP.
Other side had dent but no hole.

I'm Installing SPC uca do will have this problem in the future.

That’s wild. If the shaft isn’t damaged, then not really a big deal, though. If you clean off the surrounding area, slap on a couple layers of Gorilla Tape, and spin the cover 180 degrees, it would prob last a long time.
 
Got pics of the arm? Haven't heard of anyone having contact issues with OME arms, that's surprising. Trying to think of how the arm could be at full drop long enough to wear like that.
 
I have installed the japan 4×4 spacer on the lower shock bolt. Maybe the cause.

It appears you changed the damper angle making it closer to a component outboard at some position in the arc of travel.
That's probably universally bad.
Wasn't there a noise?
