drowning on inclines

hi all
i've got a 74 fj55 with the stock aisin carb and it looses power and wants to stall out anyone have any suggestions

I have heard of but never experienced on inclines and I believe it is right hand incline turns of the float sticking and stallin out the engine. Now if I remember correctly there was a kit available that corrected the problem but who makes it or where you can get it I don't know. Just some more thoughts for ya.
