Drivers Master Switch fj62 (1 Viewer)

Bought a '90 fj62 a couple of months ago and the window lock switch was broken off on the drivers side master switch. The drivers side window works fine, but the other windows do not. Is there a way to bypass the switch. I checked the SOR site and they want nearly $300 for the master switch. Thanks. You guys have been a lot of help in getting me up to speed on my ride.

You can pull the door panel, remove the master switch, and bypass the window lock at the switch.

I replced it with a small illuminated switch I found at Wal Marto. I had to cut a bit out of the pannel and circuit board but it was a clean easy fix and the extra light makes it easy o se in the dark.

Yeah, same thing happened to mine. I think we're just gonna solder a piece of wire over it, so that it always remains unlocked.

I just plan to convert all my power windows to manual ..
