Driver Door-knob Rattle (1 Viewer)

The driver side door-knob of my 00 is loose and subsequently it rattles. When I pull the knob to open the door, there is a ~1mm play to the whole assembly (pulling out).

Wanted to get some beta on how best to fix it before I started opening up the panel.

I assume you are talking about the door handle on the outside of the door. If so, you have to take the inside panel off the door to get to the bolts / nuts that hold it on and tighten them up.
