Here a very simple question :

What is the socket size for remove the :

Tranny drain plug ?
Tranny filler plug ?

T-case drain plug ?
T-case filler plug ?

(my bigger socket is 22mm and it's to smal !!)

I'm gonna take a guess at this, most Toyota drain plugs on the drivetrain are 24mm. But I've never been under a BJ70, so I may be wrong.

Hell, I've never even SEEN a BJ70!

OK thank. It should be the same... same 5 speed tranny and same T-case like all other 60 Cruiser.

OK - that's just not nice! Not all 60's have 5sp. All US FJ60s got 4sp tranny.

salt in the wound...lol.

15/16" socket fits the plugs on mine. 4 speed tranny, t-case, and diff plugs.

Chris

I'll bet $100 it's 24mm.
