I’ve been working on my 84 FJ60 front suspension. Found one of my tie rod end clamps was missing hardware. Looked at the other clamps and they all have different hardware. Was the original specification just bolt and nut? Some of mine have flat washers, some have lock washers. Looking to replace the missing hardware and just want to make sure I do it right. Parts diagrams are kind of hard to interpret from what I’ve found so far. And I do need to check the FSM (forgot to do that).

Appreciate any feedback.

I don’t need 45045, that’s part of the drag link. Looks like the tie rod end clamps and drag link clamps are different call outs, 45466 and 45450 respectively.

So it appears the tie rod end clamps just utilize a bolt and nut. The drag links have bolt, washer, and nut. Would you agree?

- i will say for certain there are different diameter tubes , hence different size clamps

- and

- longer and shorter bolts , but nuts are same

- washers are involved here as well
.

- so ..........

- some Microfiche 101 this will help here i think ......

the call out letters in circles : " O "

N = NUT

B = BOLT

W = Washer

the STAR or This symbol
* = a production date difference

- in many cases , and only some times the entire part number is spelled out for you

- however , if only a 5 or 6 digit / w ALPHA , that is simply a call out # to re-direct you to the list of possible microfiche or EWD part number possibilities based on

you MODLE ID code stamped on your engine bay data ID plate , for example FJ60LG-KA

- let me know if this helps you better understand , if not i will try to explain in a different way 🤔

Makes perfect sense. Looks like the bolt and nut I need for the tie rod clamp (missing hardware in post #1) is:

91619-61250 (Bolt)
94115-41200 (Nut)

Thanks @ToyotaMatt !
