I just wanted to know if anyone had any thoughts on the downey v-8 bellhousing conversion kit compared to any other companies adapters? Does this bellhousing allow the tranny in the stock location or do you have to fab (buy) the crossmember for the tranny? If you have any opinions, Pro's and Con's it would help me out alot. I have a 74 fj40 with 3 speed tranny and am going to do the V-8, just looking for the best route to go. Thanks for input!
