I would listen to lease opportunities. I’m really more interested in ducks and deer though.

In the duck blind...
I've never had a lease. Always been lucky enough to get access to a place or hunt public - I haven't hunted public in years, and don't miss it! Lol. However, the places I have had access to are limited on hunting days. So, I am not opposed to a lease, if it's reasonable. I love bird hunting the most, duck and dove are my favorite.
