Heya,
I bagged several Dove opening day in Bernardo- maiden camping voyage inside the runner. Dove very thick in the evenings with Collard Eurasians and a pair of White Wings...
The next morning was sparse 4 Eurasians and then 3 Mourning dove down East of the rail road tracks in La Joya WMA. I have several wings and feathers for tying flies/dog training if you want I will bring to the meeting.

Welll..... you can wrap anything with bacon, cheese and green chili and it'll taste pretty good! But try this recipe...
1 board and enough nails for your birds
avocado oil
1 shallot
4 habaneros chopped
1/2 cup marmalade
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup bacon crumble
3 shots of good whisky
- Nail birds to board and oil
- mix marmalade honey habanero and diced shallot
spread liberally

Bake in oven @350 for 45min.- add bacon crumble about half way when marmalade mix is carmely.

Remove from oven and let rest...
Discard birds, eat the board. Bon Appetit!
