Doors won’t unlock, help please

Ok I disconnected the battery last week and locked the doors manually. Now I’m trying to unlock so I can do the timing belt and they wont unlock. Driver side/passenger side and rear hatch all remain locked when I try to use the key to open. Am I missing something here??

Also when I try to unlock the driver door I can see the lock button wiggle as I turn the key. On the passenger side the lock button doesn’t not move at all

Reconnect the battery and try the keyless? Spray some graphite in the lock mechanism?

Unfortunately I can’t reconnect the battery without first unlocking the doors

That is a very cool feature I didn’t know about! Unfortunately the battery is disconnected so that won’t work for my predicament

a locksmith can get into the rig, no charge with AAA

Update: got a new key cut at Toyota, passenger door unlocked with the new key. The old one looked like a butter knife, driver door tumbler needs replaced. Worn out key wore it out to the point the new key won’t unlock it.
