Andy conked out before the Ireland episode of No Reservations, but normally he joins Lucy in always facing the TV while enjoying a snack.

Our older dog has terrible trouble getting around on foot, but when he's in the water it's another story. He gets to swim in a very generous friend's pool several times a week. It's what's keeping him going.

I dropped him off this morning at the neurologist's office for an MRI of his entire spine to diagnose the worsening problem. IF there is a solution it's likely to be surgery, and the prospect of that scares me. On the other hand, it's all he can do to hobble around.

Than he ran the wild flower fields alongside the river. These were planted during the river restoration after the dam removal. After this we went home and did a through tick check.
