Does the Flasher relay serve both hazards and turn signal? 1997LX (1 Viewer)

Trouble shooting..... fuses good, haven't checked my tow harness but will get there. Much less trouble to put in a new relay for signals as a first diagnose.

I'd be grateful if someone knows whether the relay serves both signal and hazard? I assume so but I've wrong many times before.

Should add that I'm ordering replacement relays - be good to have on the shelf If I don't need them but can't seem to find a specific hazard relay part number
