A front bumper with an integrated receiver hitch for attaching a portable winch?

I had one on my Scout years ago and it was great! I live in the city, and I mean in the CITY, so I have two issues that would make this great: first is the thieves, and the second is parking, which is tough to come by and adding even that much length to the truck makes it that much harder.

Henry...I am sure anyone who is fabbing bumpers for the 80 would be willing to work with you in incorporating a 2" receiver into their bumper. Personally I would consider going that direction as well.
