Do you have any pics of the mounting backets installed on a 70 series? Thx!
Oh man, that's a big ask!! We would have to work with a freight forwarder. I'll send you a private message about it.
No I don't, sorry. It uses multiple small brackets for assembly, and we don't have photos of them all, just line drawings.
Send me an email and I can email you a copy.
Please PM me price for a rear 60 series rear bumper shipped to a forklift equipped business in 97502 zip..?? Thanks.
Embarissing. Sry I posted nonsense in your thread...I thought it was random pic thread.
Until the end of October 2017, for the rear bumpers that are currently in stock here in Miami, we will do FREE SHIPPING to a local freight terminal, or to a commercial address with a forklift or loading dock. Average shipping has been anywhere from $180-270 to get them around the country, so it will definitely save you some cash.
Home delivery is still available if needed/wanted, so PM me to arrange that for an extra fee.
Anyone in Florida will have to pay 7% sales tax.
Each rear bumper kit comes with a single left hand side jerry can holder, and a single right hand side tire carrier. We don't offer any substitutes for the swing outs. Also the carriers don't have to be installed, as the spindles come with a cover.
Pricing once again:
60 Series - $1400
70 Series - $1400
80 Series - $1535
100 Series - $1535
200 Series - $1650
PM me for ordering info, or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org Payments would be done all through PayPal. Oh, and PayPal give 6 months interest free financing also.
I bought the rear bumper for my 200 from dobinsons and I love it. I’ve had it on for about a month and I get a ton of compliments on it . It’s SOLID. I’m about to order the front bumper from them. Shipping was fast and David was great to work with. Very helpful and he answered all of my annoying questions. Good folks.
Pictures - and lots of them please!
I haven’t installed the tire/jerry can carrier YET
Questions for the 100 series:
- Does the bumper improve departure angle and/or rear wheel clearance?
- Can it be used with the factory cross member hitch bolt holes for a thru-bumper hitch, like so?
Hey did you have to cut the bumper to fit or just took the oem off and bolted it on?
Also does the tire carrier interfere with the backup camera?
Hey do you have for the 120 or 150 prado that would fit a gx470? Please let me know.
No, it's not considered a "high clearance" bumper or to gain any clearance, other than removing the stock spare out from underneath and putting it on the back), and the stock tow hitch still has to sit below the bumper. You can see it here in these photos (but this guy hadn't finished the install when he sent these in).
It’s a straight bolt on.
No cutting of the original bumper.
I don’t think the carrier interferes w the backup camera . Maybe @crikeymike can chime in to confirm ?
I wasn’t really concerned with the camera because I wasn’t planning on running the carriers
Sorry to ask again but from your pics did the parking sensors transfer over and bolt on too? It looks like from your pics yes. Please let me know.
All of the parking sensors transfer over and work as they should
I’m at the beach !!
Do you know for certain if these are direct bolt-on for all years of the FJ60?
The early (pre-'85) has a different cross member than the later 60 series. Don't want to hack my chassis just for a bumper.
Also it doesn't have an integrated receiver hitch?
Can you confirm?
Checked with the manufacturer overnight. These are only for the later model late-85 onwards models. Sorry, this wasn't pointed out to me when they were brought over. I'll correct the info in the first post.
No integrated hitch, it works in conjunction with a Reese-style hitch that would sit under the bumper, and that doesn't come with it.
What if I have no receiver hitch ... and I WANT one? Is here a version or option with a receiver hitch integrated?
