Do you guy know the part number for the bolts and spacers needed for a stock oem skid plate? Thanks in advance.

m1.25x8 you can get them anywhere. No spacers unless running a diff drop but the diff drop includes that.

The benefit of OEM is that they are tapered, and therefore easier to fit. Might also be easier to cross thread, so always enter by hand.
