Do rocker arms have replaceable bearings?

They have bushings in them. You can replace the bushing, but then you will need to ream them out for the proper clearance.

Early 2f valvetrains (75-80) have pressed in bushings that need to honed to fit the rocker arm shaft. Don't know about other years.

Mine is a 03/69 F engine and the bushings are slotted and drilled. I'm gonna clean them up and reinstall for now. Thanks for the responses
