Do I just cap this?

I'm in the process of desmogging and finding a few little things that I'm trying to figure out what I have to do with them. This is one of those things. Am I supposed to cap this hose coming off the carburetor? If so what have you guys used to do this?
I believe this used to go to the EGR through some transfer canister or something mounted on the fender. I can get pics if needed.

Yep. Cap it off. I think you can get rubber caps at the local auto parts store.

My set-up above is a 10mm socket cap screw - which has a 16mm head OD. Also 16mm pcv hose to fit around the cap screw. I could be wrong on the numbers, but I'm at work, on lunch.
