you will be fine with that size and a 3 inch lift.
Should not be a problem. Lots of folks run the 2.5 OME and run 33's.

will the 12.5's stick out of the well or will they be even?
i can't see them sticking out...but this is based upon me running 10.5 and those look like pizza cutters.

I have 32X11.5s and they don't stick out at all. I imagine another inch would just be sticking out the slightest bit.
