What dates are you looking at?

Other rivers to consider outside of the state's canoe trail system is the Conecuh, Pea, and Choctawhatchee. All three are in southern Alabama and have long enough stretches to do an overnight trip.
I know you paddle a lot, so any suggestions are always welcome!

The Cahaba Blueworks is being finalized. We donated some land for an input near old Cahaba. A trip down the cahaba could be in the works. start at centreville, camp at my farm in Perry County, and have a pickup at the town of Cahaba.
Cahaba Blueway

Part of our Dallas County land was made into a park in conjunction with the Nature Conservancy.

It’s not fun like paddling down a river, but you can park at my house, paddle down the lake, and camp on an island. It’s maybe a mile by water? I live on Telmar to the Southwest of the island on lake Tuscaloosa. It’s fun to sleep on the island, espically if you have kids. I have extra boats you can use if you don’t have one or need an extra.

Some cliffs to jump off of too.

We are going the night of 27APR right now. Few adults and 5-7 kids.

We were working on camping trip down the Flint river. Didn't happen in 2019 but still working to make it work in 2020.

@heavydroprob is our experienced paddle guy and helping coordinate the trip.
