Distributor identification (1 Viewer)

Can someone tell me if this is a vacuum advance or retard distributor. I run into Jim C’s picture with all the different versions lined up but it is a bit ambiguous.

Pretty sure it's advance. It is layed out the same way as the "non-USA" adjustable unit I put in my 72. HTH John

I think that is a early 70's smog distributor, vac retard.

It's not a vac advance.

Vac retard is what I thought, I can't remember which way the rotor turns.

I thought if the stem was on that side of the diaphram it was advance.
