Need help what was the first year 55's came with disc brakes

40s first had them around 76.

Hi All:

Yep, 1976 FJ55s on the USA market were the first '55s with disc front brakes.

But, swapping on disc front brakes onto a 1969-75 FJ55 is pretty easy! Same as a FJ40 of the same era.
