I finally got around to bleeding the brakes on my FJ and I noticed the pedal travel is a bit to much for my liking when hte FJ is not running.

Heres my current setup.

Fj 60 front brakes
FJ80 1 inch bore master(Marlin crawler non abs FJ80)
TSM brackets and chevy small calipers
Mini truck booster
adj proportioning valve.

IS there a way to increase the pedal travel? or do you think a 2lb residual valve will need to be added front and rear?

I currently run a wilwood gas pedal which sits about 3 inchs from the floor and the brake pedal is about level if not alittle below that pedal when fully pressed and hte motor not running.

adjust the pushrod in the booster.
