Disassemble "Euro" 60 series mirrors? (1 Viewer)

Has anyone had occasion to disassemble the Toyota "Euro" mirrors? I'd like to (possibly) add a turn signal LED and maybe even a heater to the mirrors. I don't see an easy way to get them apart and they are too $$$ to risk breaking...

This style, OEM, not repros...

I would think with the actual mirror not being adjustable in the housing it is probably glued in.

Post pictures if you do get it apart.
