I had very good success purchasing Diode Dyanamics bulbs for my cars the last 5 years or so.

However, for my 200 I am am having very bad luck. I bought all LED from them in November 2023.

One headlight burned out - they replaced it.

However, the fog lamps (I hardly used them 3-4 times), SL2 Model Fog Light LEDs for 1998-2011 Toyota Land Cruiser (pair) - https://www.diodedynamics.com/fog-light-leds-for-1998-2011-toyota-land-cruiser-pair.html almost $140, are ruining my lenses.

My lenses were brand new crystal clear, and now after I use the fogs, they are turning this weird milky yellow.

Happened to anybody?

is it heat related?

It looks to me like it is the outside of the lamps. If that is the case, then it is not caused by the LED's.

If this is indeed in the inside surface it is strange. LED should put out no more than the same amount of heat as the bulbs, but usually less.
It looks like something is deposited on or peeling of the lens.
Are the bulbs sealing the backend of the lamps? Is water allowed to enter the lamps even as a mist. Do you have modifications to the undercovers that allows more water getting on the back of the lamps?

How long have you owned this rig?

And you’re sure the peeking isn’t on the outside?

To me it looks like these lamps were previously rehabbed then clear coated and that is peeling off.

What I'm trying to get at is if you bought it used you may not know the lenses were rehabbed. If you've owned it since new, you'd know.

Yeah, I'd bet it's just degradation of whatever was put on the lenses to make them clear again. If they didn't use something appropriate it could have nothing to do with the lamps that are installed.

All assuming the visible flaking is on the outside, of course.
