Dimple and Broaching Dies

I bought mine from Light Racing / G-Machine. Good price and good product. Almost all flaring dies have holes in them so you could attempt to use a bolt, washers, and nuts to draw any of them together. Unless you are flaring thin 3000 to 5000 series alum, I suspect you'll need a press. I've tried using my .750 flare with a 3/8 bolt to draw out .055 chromo and I got nowhere.

Where is the best place to purchase a 1 to 2 inch dimple die? The ones that have bolts that you tighten down. i'd like to have a tool like this for metal forming and fabbing.

What's the easiest way to broach 0.25" steel for carriage bolts?

Any tooling that you guys have made or used would be much appreciated. I wouldn't want to spend more than $60 to $100 per piece of tooling. Is this possible or am I dreaming?

JMR manufacturing makes dimple dies and Greenlee square hole punches. Should be able to find them on Google.
