Diesel Preheat on a Toyota Dyna 13B

Does anyone have any lines on repair manuals for an imported Toyota Dyna '84-86? The pre-heat does not seem to work. I'm not sure if there is a relay or timer or something else that may be the problem.

It should be covered under the 3B manual at the top of the diesel forum. Look for online manuals.
The one manual covers landcruiser and dyna engines
