A tad more information might be useful. You can get a diesel 40 Series and also a 70 Series if you are willing to import in most cases. Knowing where you are located would also help.

I would like a FJ60 diesel. I am located in Los Angeles, Ca. So i would like one that won't give me a hard time to register here in CA

That would be a BJ60 or an HJ61 which are somewhat rare in the U.S.

Hey there. I have a 1985 FJ60 with a 3B Turbo Diesel imported from Canada and was installed by Profifitts cruisers some years ago also has a 4-spd manual transmission. It is blue however. It has 33' tires all around with over 50% tread including the spare. Also, a 2.5'' Iron man lift kit and a fj62 rear anti sway bar. 100% rust free. PM me for my # if your interested. I am located in Texas. It's a really nice Rig, i'll send you pics if interested.

By 1980's diesel are you referring to a 40, 60 or 70 Series Cruiser?

No such thing as a rust free 60 series. They started rusting on the boat over to the USA. A low rust example maybe, but then you will need a big budget.

What is your budget?

I meant a low rust cruiser. I don't really have a budget but something reasonable would be nice. I have seen some out there but they are a distance from me
