Diagnosis of Wet Driver's Side Footwell (1 Viewer)

After my Cruiser sat under heavy rain, that happened. Did some research and find out to check sunroof drain, windscreen, rear washers hose, roofrack bolts. I finally found out what the problem is, here's a quick video of it. Hope helps someone.

It doesn't look like those roof rack bolts have any silicon on them. You can also add in a rubber washer if you want. Be interesting if that is indeed the issue.
