The belt to bypass the smog pump is Gates TR22525 or Dayco 22528.
They are truck belts so most parts stores won't have them. A truck parts store should have them on hand, along with truckstops if they have a repair shop but they will gouge you for it.

The belt bypasses the smogpump. It goes around the fan instead smogpump.
This gives you double protection for the fan, if the alt belt brakes, you still have the p/s belt running the fan.
When spinning the smog pump by hand, there is not much resistance. I don't see how removing it will gain much but at least there is one less thing to fail.
