interesting, i understand now why some may get the rattling. My swing arms are flush with each other with a bit of tension. The latch then keeps the two tight, close to locking them as one piece. I guess one thing with 4x4labs, expect a bit of variations

oops just realized the locking nut spun itself loose

No rear aftermarket bumpers manufacturers address the main clearance problem area for the 80 series.....the rear corners. With that said Delta makes a very nice product if dont want to cut your frame and clearance is not a top priority.

I bought a used bumper with no swing outs. I built everything else. Ended up adding the bumper and stops later on.
