This is a great thread, thanks for all the info.

I still have one question though, does anyone know the radius arms hardware (oem bolts) part numbers?

You can order the OEM bolts through DELTA when you order the arms. This is what I did rather than chasing around, spending two or three hours to possibly save a few bucks. Heck, the shipping for the hardware is essentially free as you have to pay for shipping on the arms anyway... No brainer.

Not paid to say this, but we need more companies like Delta Vehicle Systems around for our 80. I have both their panhard bracket and arms. Really appreciate that they option these up with OEM parts saving me time hunting for part #s.

Zero issues to date. Happy with the results. Their front bumper with full guard and rear with 5th wheel carrier + ladder deliver the best visual design I've seen for any vehicle full stop.

Finally got down to some testing on the rocks in CA on the Dusy Ershim trail recently. The Delta arms took some hard hits and don’t look or feel as though they were affected save the cosmetic improvements. :hillbilly:

Hey @Azca thanks for the reply. Yea I saw the OEM bolts available on the Delta website. I do have an OEM source around here and was curious to check the price with them first. Regarding the Delta radius arms, it seems to be a solid part and it does the job well.

I'm planning to do some light off-roading with the rig as it is a daily driver and I'm debating about the bump stops. Are they really needed on a 3" lift truck or only for Moab style trails?

Any help is appreacited, thanks.

The stops are not necessary but you will rub when stuffing the tires when flexing heavy. If you don't wheel hard, I would not worry about it.

Just ordered a set of the 4" arms to pair with my Dobinsons 2.5" tapered long travel kit. I went for the whole megillah on this lift since I never wanted to touch the suspension again.

I am seeing right around 23" hub to fender on all 4 corners. I went with the 4" arms. Been running a 2" OME lift with no correction for the last few years. The extra height from these new coils really made the rig start to wander and I opted to empty my wallet and go for these arms over the plates.

@Delta VS .... I got a shipping notification 29 minutes after I placed the order. Beyond impressive.

You really need to change your avatar to something BBQ related.

Got the 4" arms installed today. 2.5" Dobinsons variables up front giving me about 3" of lift.

I ran around town and a few brief trips on the highway for a week without any correction. Its amazing how much a small change in geometry effects handling. I feel comfortable with one hand on rhe wheel at 70 again. Big improvement and awesome product.

**EDIT***
If you don't have Delta's rear panhard adjustment bar you'll feel the same difference in handling adding that.

The @Delta VS gear really is a whole different level.

What Doby springs are you running? I have the C59-170 in the front for the winch and Delta full bull bumper.

In the rear Dobinsons recommended the C59-163v with no bumper, they have been good. I ordered a Delta bumper to match and based on my conversation with Dobinson probably change to C59-171 220-440lb rated spring

Currently I have those Springs for 3-in lift. Front center hub to bottom offender flares 23 in rear center of hub to bottom of fender flares 24.

The Delta radius arms and rear pan heart adjustment bracket were amazing once I put in the dobbinson adjustable front pan hard adjustment and got my axle centered while changing out to the Dom steel and 555 ball joint heavy duty steering kit the truck really came together.

I'llbe changing out the sway bar bushings this weekend and I hope that helps a little with body roll.

You got to pic of your rig and how she sits? Here's mine.

I may pick one up at some point. I have adjustable bars front and rear but need to dial them in at some point. Still feels like a new truck with all the bushings swapped and the caster corrected.

Awesome, I only have a few rear bushings to change after the sway bar bushings today. I hope once the bushings are 100% body roll in corners is a little better.

@BillyGoatMTB here is how my truck is currently sitting. 2.5vt front and rear and 315s. Right around 3" of lift on all 4 corners and a level stance. I am very happy with how this suspension turned out. I have an alignment scheduled in early Jan to get everything perfectly dialed in.

Looks mean! For reference, here's mine with 4" Delta arms and their panhard bracket.

2.5" OME lift, mediums / 37x12.5x17 / 4 degree caster L and R

Looking good
I almost went 37 but was worried my 3+ lift and all the Delta goodies wouldn't prevent massive rubbing.

I'm also considering re-gearing to 4:88 with my 315/75's I imagine 37's would swamp the 80?

How's your articulation? Did you regear?
