It appears I'm good to go on this ride. Work made a mistake on the schedule (in my favor) and I got the Friday off. I got Monday off too.

I guess now we just need to come up with some travel plans.

This will be the best trail ride of the year.

I might swing by to meet some of y'all camp for the night.
maybe even ride for a day.
That is if you would take in a poor local boy.

That would be awesome! We might have to borry some change to get home so bring some extra! LOL! We ain't flush, one's a lush, one a little plush, one likes to cuss, and the other don't trust...but we're good folks who like to have a little fun and make new friends along the way.

ECU pin out needed...

Found one...

Thanks,
Jerry D.

The Cyprus Economy is bad but the EU (or should I say Germany) is propping things up here.

The dollar should go a lot farther but Cyprus receives the benefit of the Euro so it is the same as any other EU nation. It's about .77 euros to USD 1.

FS: Tool Kit

Up for sale is my self-contained 150 piece General Mechanics Tool Kit. I was originally going to use this as my trail toolkit but need to finish my current FJ40 project. Without a running truck, there is no need for me to have a tool kit...

Here is a brief rundown on what is contained with the tool kit:

The new GMTK is a soldier-portable tool kit designed for use by any repairman requiring basic automotive-type hand tools. It is used by all maintainers in Career Management Field 63. The GMTK is also used as a component in the Forward Repair System (FRS), and is the base kit for the Multi-capable Maintainer Tool Kit (MCMTK) for the newly established MOS 63A, Abrams Main Battle Tank Maintainer, and MOS 63M, Bradley Fighting Vehicle Maintainer.

The GMTK consists of 150 tools including the following:

Square drive sockets in both metric and S.A.E. sizes

Ratchets

Extensions

Combination wrenches

Flat tip and cross-tip screwdrivers

Hammer

Flashlight

Hole/thread/thickness gages

Drive punches

Cold chisels

Pliers in various styles and sizes

All components are industrial quality. The majority of tools, including the sockets, ratchets, extensions, wrenches, and screwdrivers have a Lifetime Warranty against breakage during normal use.

The entire tool load is contained in a 4-drawer injection molded plastic toolbox that has wheels and a retractable handle for easier mobility. Each drawer has a foam liner with individual cutouts that hold each tool in a specific place, providing the rapid inventory capability required by the soldier. The GMTK can be inventoried in less than 15 minutes. The rapid inventory capability enables the user to identify missing tools immediately, thereby reducing tool loss and pilferage.

The toolbox measures 24" wide, 15" deep, and 18" high. It is one of theonly toolboxes in the Army that has been tested for durability. Testing included:

60" drop test (fully loaded)

360 degree roll test

Water, impact, and crush resistance tests

Cold temperature performance 24" drop testing at -25 degrees

NSN 5180-01-483-0249, supplied by Kipper Tool Company, consists of a green toolbox and primarily S&K and Crescent brand tools.

For specific questions, feel free to PM me.

Asking $650, shipped and insured.

Thanks for looking.

For those that were at GSMTR 2012...

Check out the current issue of Toyota Trails if you can. Our group shot is in the article on GSMTR!

I didn't notice any photobombs from and of us, however. Woulda been nice if Rocky had his new hat and got in on one of the pictures!
