Sorry, what are heater T's? I'm not familiar with your specific model but if there is no heat from the heater core, there is little or no flow of coolant through it. Any chance you have it hooked up backwards or wrong? "Usually" they should flow through and the air will work it's way out. Is there a heater valve that isn't connected or opening to allow the flow through? Any chance there was a plug left in the line or hose?
