I read a lot of threads about people putting single wire Delco's on 60's/2F's, but did not find any where people put them on their 3FE's in their 62's. As we all know, the alternator is quite a bit different, and mounted in a very different location. I know the 60 owners do it for the power aspect. I was thinking of doing it for the amount of replacement options, and reliability over any of the re-man units currently available, at least within a reasonable price range. Has anyone done it, or does anyone know if the Delco unit will easily fit and work on a 62?
