These were found under my windshield frame and are part of my defrost system. Does anyone know what they’re called or have a set for sale.

Why not just use the factory rubber seal that goes underneath the whole windshield frame?

I have been parting out FJ40s for 4 decades and have pulled a few of those out from rigs that never had their windshields folded down. IOW, they are OEM.

That said, I agree with you that a new OE cowl weatherstrip will perform the function without them.
