Anyone made any mods to the Camry-esque dead pedal on their 200? I cant ever seem to get my foot comfortable on it - left foot either slides off (too narrow and shallow), falls asleep and is just otherwise not comfortable. The dead pedal in the 100 series is perfection and would love to be able to retrofit one in the 200, but probability not feasible. Any suggestions from the resident experts?

Not sure if this would meet asthetic requirements, but years ago when I had a rally car, we fabricated a dead pedal out of aluminum that was customized for my exact preferred location/angle/surface area. No reason you couldn't do something similar.

Another idea, if you are okay with the general
location, is to attach an aluminum dead pedal to the existing plastic one. Here are a couple I have left over from when I had Audi S4s (not sure which ones, I had a sequence of B6, B7 and B8).

Check with Brian as SRP racing - he might have one that would work for you. SRP Racing - Custom Aluminum Racing Pedals - https://www.srpracing.com/

It's funny but i don't even remember using the dead pedal in my 200. I'm sure I do and it's unconscious. In my FJ62 my dead pedal is often in mind as I switch back and forth from and to it from the clutch pedal.
