Has anyone encountered this before? 2009 Toy LC with right at 200,000 miles on it. I am the original owner. This message popped up on the main display and has taken out probably 50% of the screens on the Display (ie you can still see FM stations, etc, but about 1/2 the screens are not accessible). Took it to the local Toyota dealership thinking it may just need a current Nav CD and they said nope, it was an entire system update and quoted $1500 ??? Talked to Christo Slee out in CO and he said he had never encountered before. Disconnected main battery for 24 hours and hooked back up and no change. Needless to say, I am not trying to get the Navigation System current and up and running, but would be great to get everything else back up. Thoughts or Suggestions would be appreciated.
