Thanks guys. i get tons of compliments on it. it was a ton of work but definitely worth the effort to me. it may be for sale soon as ive just bought a 97 with E-lockers and plan to swap the entire interior to my 91. sounds crazy yes i know but the 97 is without title so if i have no luck with getting one from dmv then the swap will begin!

Not a good idea. In New Mexico swapping VIN tags is a fellony. The truck gets confiscated and the violator goes to the pokey.

91-94 dash pads are discontinued. If you do find a sound used one be very careful with it as it will be very fragile. Avoid twisting and bending. Cold weather makes the plastic more brittle as well.

Does this mean that OEM 95-97 dash pads are still available?

I couldn't say. My parts cleats got retired to the display case two and a half years ago. As of April 2016 they were still alive.
